ORDER SETTING PREHEARING CONFERENCE (January 1/, 196U)
Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.752, a prehearing conference is hereby set for 9 a.m. February 29, 1980.
The place for this hearing will be set at a later date and it will be in the vicinity of Morris, Illinois.
The purpose for this prehearing conference is to hear from the parties with regard to the contentions which have been filed by intervenors and rule upon what contentions shall be at issue in this proceeding.
R The parties' attention is drawn to 10 CFR 52.714 in this regard and particularly 10 CFR 52.714(3)(b) which provides as follows:

"Not later than fifteen (15) days prior to.the holding of the special prehearing. conference pur-suant to 52.751a, or where no special prehearing em,
b 8001300lI6 conference is held, fifteen (15) days prior to the holding of the first prehearing conference, the petitioner shall file a supplement to his petition to intervene which must include a list of the contentions which petitioner seeks to have litigated in the matter, and the bases for each contention set forth with reasonable specificity.
A petitioner who fails to file such a supplement which satisfies the requirements of this paragraph with respect to at least one contention will not be permitted to participate as a party.
Addi-tional time for filing the supplement may be granted based upon a balancing of the factors in paragraph (a)(1) of this section."
In addition at this prehearing conference, the following matters will be considered:
1.
The time for filing of appropriate documents before hearings commence, 2.
The setting of a schedule for discovery, and 3.
The setting of a schedule for further prehearing conferences and the schedule of evidentiary hearings.
