LICENSEE'S PROPOSED TRANSCRIPT CHANGES In reviewing the transcript of the hearing held on December 28-29, Licensee noticed a number of typographical errors which did not seem sufficiently important to correct in light of the limited purposes of the hearing.
However, there were a couple of errors of transcription in the order that the Board read from the bench, which should be cor-rected to avoid any misunderstandings if reference is made to the order at some future time when the context of the Board's remarks is not so fresh in everyone's mind.
Accordingly, Licensee respectfully requests that the Board order the following transcript corrections:
(1)
At page 3444, line 17, delete "probably" and substitute
" properly".
(2)
At page 3445, line 24, delete "with" and substitute "without".

.. In addition, it appears that either the transcript is garbled at page 3444, line 18, or some words were omitted.
Since our sparse notes do not reflect the exact words spoken by Dr. McCollom, it is difficult for us to suggest a precise correction.
However, from the context of Dr. McCollom's remarks and based upon the previous tran-script pages that he cited, one possible correction would be to de-lete ", from that that was" and substitute "since the spectra were unchanged from those".
