CD Recently you received a letter from Congressman Toby Moffett, h_...

chairnan of the Environment, Encrgy, and Natural Resources Sub-committee of the Committee on Government Operations, concerning 56 construction problems at the Marble Hill nuclear power plant, e-which is in my district.

Mr. Moffett urged to you in his letter that the final de-M cision on allowing construction to resume at the Marble Hill

In the past several months I have been watching closely

and with a great deal of concern, the situation at Marble Hill.

caused this situation was that all inatters being handled by Puolic Service Indian.: and the NRC were handled privately,
