On Decenber 19, 1979, Mr. Maurice Clark, KG&E Manager Quality Assurance (Site), notified Reactor Inspector Mr. Oberg of a construction deficiency which now appears to be reportable under 10CFR50.55(e).
Attached is an interim report regarding the construction deficiency.
A final report is expected to be completed by May 1, 1980.
