i We have evaluated Revision 1 to your Quality Assurance Program for Design, Manufacture, Test,Use, Maintenance and Repair of Packages for Transport of Radioactive Materials submitted with your December 7,1979 letter to satisfy the requirements or 10 CFR H 71.51.
Our review indicates that additional information is required to satisfy a requirement of criterion 2 of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 71.
It is a staff position that the QA program description contain a list of QA procedures cross referenced against each criterion of Appendix E.
Accordingly,you are requested to expar.2 the information contained in the second paragraph on page 9 to address this position.
Please submit seven copies of the revised progr6m within 60 days following receipt of this letter.
