Condition 6-This licen:e authorizes export only and does not authorize the rece;pt, physical possession, or use of the nuclear materict.
Candition 7 - The licensee shall comoiete and submit on NRC Form 7.0 for each shipment of source matenal exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee snoll advise the NRC in the event there is or:y chance in the designo.
tion of the company who wdi package the nuclear meterial to be exported under this license, or any change in the location of the packaging operation, at least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export.
Condition 9 - Each export shipment shall contain less than 5,000 grams U-235~.
The licensee shall confirm and log the arrival at C.E.R.C.A. of each shipment before authorizing the release of a subsequent shipment.

Page 3 of 3 pages XSNM01537 EXPORT LICENSE CONDITIONS Condition 10 - The licensee shall place a Type E tamper indicating seal or seals on each container of Category II material being shipped outside U.S. jurisdiction. The seal (s) shall be affixed in such a manner as to preclude any removal of the contents without damaging the seal (s) sufficiently to indicate the seal (s) has been tampered with.
Condition 11 - The licensee shall designate an individual who shall be responsible for tracking the status of each shipment from point of origin to final destination. At location where the shipments are transferred from one carrier to another or from one mode of transport to another the indifidual shall determine if the shipments have arrived and oaparted according to a planned schedule or determine the reasons for any delays.
