50-260 50-296 Enclosed are 40 copies of a supplement to the requested amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the technical specifications for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant unita 1, 2, and 3 submitted by letter from J. E. Gilleland to you dated June 29, 1979 (TVA BFNP TS 123). The additional requested technical specification changes (Enclosure 1) were inadvertently omitted from the above amendment request. Justification for this additional change is also included (Enclosure 2). The justification also provides a response to the letter from T. A. Ippolito to H. G. Parris dated October 25, 1979.
Eecause this requested change to the technical specifications is a minor addition to a previously requested amendment for which appropriate licensing review fees were provided, no additional fees will be forwarded.
