Dear Mayor Hollard:
This letter is to confirm our plans to meet with you and your colleagues on January 23, 1980, to discuss the NRC's regulatory program for protection of the public health and safety, specifically as it relates to the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company's Zimmer Nuclear Power Station.
The meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. (nominally one hour) in the Moscow City Hall, Moscow, Ohio. While the meeting is intended to be informal, we have prepared a tentative agenda which is enclosed. We hope this meeting will be informative for you; please note that we have allotted a portion of the time for questions and answers.
