Attached herewith is a subpoena served on Michael Blume as counsel which requires your attendance at a further deposition in the South Texas and Comanche Peak proceedings in Washington, D.C. on March 25,1980 at 9:30 a.m.

.I hope this does not present any schedule conflicts for you, but if it does, please advise us.

The only problem that we can see with that date is that we have not yet received a copy of the transcript of your first deposition.

If that is not forthcoming, we may want to discuss rescheduling the follow-up
