Gentlemen:
In response to Mr. Eisenhut's letter (Reference 1) we are enclosing a duplicate copy of the revised LACBWR Emergency Plan dated May 22, 1979 which was forwarded earlier as an enclosure to our letter (Reference 4).
The subject plan was prepared in accordance with the format of Regulatory Guide 1.101 and Appendix E to 10CFR Part 50.
As required by References (2) and (3) action level criteria shall be included by mid 1980.
Such revisions are currently in progress and will be submitted along with other revisions and your evaluation based on comments of local and state agencies of the May 22, 1979 Emergency Plan.
