Initial report of the subject reportable deficiency was made to F. S. Cantrell, NRC-OIE, Region II, on August 2,1979. The first interim report was submitted on August 30, 1979. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, we are enclosing the second interim report of the subject deficiency. It is anticipated that the final report will be transmitted to you on or before March 19, 1980.
