{{#Wiki_filter:- pgb& F Secretary of the Commission U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C. 20555 Attention: Docketing and Service Section - We, George and Anna Grabowski, wish to petition for leave to intervene before the Nuclear Regnlatory Commission against the extension of the construction permit for the proposed Bailly nuclear plant (No.-CFFR-104). We believe that insufficient evidence exists to show that it is necessary to build this plant. The alternatives are so abundant that one cannot justify endangering thousands of lives by building a nuclear plant-in such a densely-populated area. As residents of Northwest Indiana, with relatives and friends here, .our life and health and that of our loved ones will be imperiled if this-._..___ nuclear plant is allowed to be built. We beli a tro that.in light or new develo; tents pertaining _to accident probability and new recommendations about evacuation the _ _ _ _ Bailly.. site must be re-evaluated by full evidenciary hearings. The Bailly site does not conform to even minimum population guidelines. ~ Construction should not_ be allowed to resure.
