Dear Secretary:
I am a citizen of Oregon.
I request that you not allow Portland General Electric to resume operation of their unsafe nuclear plant.
It's life-threatening potential is enormous and should not be allowed to operate because Portland General Electric failed and refused to have it built in compliance with federal earthquske and safety piping standards.
I wish to exercise my right to make a written limited appearance statement.
Please advise what procedure must be followed to make such an appearance.
Upon receipt of your response, I will do so immediately.
