LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO ANGRY'S REVISED CONTENTION NO. 6 On December 18, 1979, ANGRY submitted a revised Con-tention No.
6.
The revised contention differs from the original contention only in that a parenthetical phrase has been added in the first sentence and a reference to operator training has been added in the second to last sentence.
In its First Special Pre-hearing Conference Order the Licensing Board rejected ANGRY's initial framing of Contention No. 6 (slip op. at 37).
The changes made by ANGRY do not cure the defects listed by the Licensing Board and the revised contention should therefore be rejected.
