This letter is a final 50.55(e) report regarding the above subject. CPCo vill institute the B&W periodic test program for the UI/RPS cabinets in order to provide assurance that the Ground connection has not been lost and to obtain baseline data. As indicated in Reference h, the B&W test specification (No 62-1005067-00) was revised to include this test program. The detailed CPCo implementing procedures will be based on the E&W test specification. Releare of these procedures has been rescheduled to be compatible with the overall Project schedule.
