REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Sy Order dated Decem=er 19, 1979, tnis Appeal board accepted referral of an emergency planning issue prcpounded by the' California Energy Commission and directed that parties may file briefs by January 7, 1980.
The California Energy Commission hereby requests that the time for filing briefs by all parties be extended to January 14, 1980.
Due to previously arranged absences during the holiday period, t.his additional time is needed in crder to brief this issue.
The California Energy Commission is authori::ed to state that the NRC Staf f and the Licensee, the two parties in addition to the California Energy Co=nission that have activelv cursued this issue,
do not object.to such an exrension.
