Discussion:
Enclosed for the information of the Comission are cocies of the Executive Branch response dated December 17, 1979 on a pending export application to amend license XUO8460. Copies of the Executive Branch coments have been placed in the Public Document Room. A Comission Action Paper will be forwarded soon.
