20555 RE:
Public Service Co. of New Hampshire (Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2)
Docket No. 50-443 and 444.
Gentlemen:
I Counsel for the New England Coalition on Nuclear y
Pollution had a nagging feeling that she should have checked all of 10 CFR 2.786 prior to preparation of the Coalition's response to the Staff answer to NECNP's petition for review of the Seabrook seismic issue.
Unfortunately, she acted upon this feeling after the reply was filed on December 28, 1979.
10 CFR 2.786 states that replies to answers will not i
be entertained. Consequently, the Commission may disregard NECNP's filing, which was not permitted by the rules, should l
it choose to do so.
Sincerely,
/
' r.
