This letter is a final 50.55(e) report regarding the above subject. CPCo vill institute the E&W periodic test program for the NI/RPS cabinets in order to provide ascurence that the ground connection has not been lost and to obtain baseline data. As irdicated in Reference b, the S&P tect crecificatien (No 62-1005C67-00) vac revised to inclu'de this test peccram. The detailed CFCo implementing procedures will be based en the E&W test specification. Release of these procedurec has been rescheduled to be compatible with the overall Project achedule.
