Conditions License Number XSfE01638 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer er the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declaration covering each export and mark one of such copies for trcnsmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should oc-compcny or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declerations for such exports:
