In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9.b, attached are the subject reports concerning an inoperable CPC Channel (79-098/03L-0) and an open Emergency Personnel airlock door (79 099/03L-0).

These reports are being submitted late due to administrative problems in our LER tracking system. Changes are being made to the tracking system to help pre.ent delays in the future.
