Updated Construction Schedule for Illinois Power Company's Clinton 1 Project
Dear Mr. Lovelace:
We are herewith submitting one (1) copy of the updated construction schedule for Illinois Power Company's Clinton 1 Project.
The enclosed network indicates the status of construction through December, 1979, and includes projections for completion of remaining work.
The project is estimated to be 624 complete as of December 31, 1979, with the date for start of fuel loading unchanged from the previous projection of April, 1982.
Note that this submittal includes several revisions to con-struction logic.
These revisions are outlined with " clouds", and the specific network changes include:
1.
Logic has been changed to more clearly define our construction path and is shown by a " cloud" sur-rounding the areas of change.
2.
There is also a small " cloud" around any date that has been changed from the last update.
3.
A major milestone was accomplished since the last update which was " Install Reactor Pressure Vessel" 8200-8300.
4.
FSAR date was also submitted December 1, 1979, Activity 8810.

January 11, 1980 We believe that this revised network is an improvement to our previous submittals.
As the construction plan evolves, however, subsequent revisions may be necessary and network changes will be submitted along with other update information.
