All internal NRC Staf f and/or Commission documents commenting on the scoping of the problem, and the adequacy or quality of any document used, relied upon or reviewed in connection with the preparation of the report (draft) on the Material Control and Accounting Task Force Report chaired by Mr.
Theodore S. Sherr, dated August 1977. A copy of the report should be included.
