Gentlemen:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Organizational Change In Reference (1), the NRC Staff approved Revision 3 to the Northeast Utilities' (NU) Quality Assurance Topical Report, NU-QA-1.
Revision 3 reflects organiza-tional, procedural, and editorial changes.
Pursuant to the Reference (1) requirement, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby informs the ' Staff of an organizational change, at the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, implemented on December 1,1979.
The organizational change consists of the new position of Quality Services Supervisor. The Quality Services Supervisor reports to the Station Services Superintendent, and is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and providing supervision for mployees engaged in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Nuclear Records, Stores, and Training for both Unit No.1 and Unit No. 2.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Quality Assurance Supervisor reports to the Quality Services Supervisor.
This organizational change will be incorporated into the next revision of the Northeast Utilities' Quality Assurance Program Topical Report.
