Modification #2 to "D.C. Power Systems Study" (FIN Alll2)

The enclosed NRC Form 173, Standard Order for DOE Work, is hereby submitted in accordance with Section III, B2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understanding dated February 24, 1978. The enclosed modification describes the. additional work efforts required to complete this program. These changes have been coordinated with Mr. J. W. Hickman of landia.

FY-1979 funds in the amount of $50,000 are authorized herein for contitiu-ation of the effort which is expected to be completed on Febraary 28, 1980.

Please indicate DOE acceptance by signing and returning the enclosed NRC Form 173 to the Office of the controller, Division of Accounting, with a copy to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Attention:
