Dear Mr. Ross:

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District's letter of August 31, 1979 stated that the results of a thermal mechanical analysis of the reactor vessel, during recovery from small breaks with extended loss of feedwater, would be available by December 21, 1979. We were recently informed by Babcock and Wilcox that the analysis will not be done until February 7, 1980. Therefore, we inform you of a revised analysis submittal date of February 21, 1980.
