C0flCURREflCE IN THE TEilflESSEE ADMINISTRATIVE Ef1ERGENCY PROCEDURES FOR RADIOLOGICAL INCIDENTS AT NUCLEAR FACILITIES AND IN TRANSPORTATION The Federal Interagency Region 4 Advisory Committee for Radiological Emergency Response Planning has completed a thorough analysis of the subject document updated November 1979, and recommends that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission concur in this plan. Based on a review of the detailed report of their findings and after consultation with the Federal Emergency

!!anagement Agency, I support their recommendation. Unless I hear substantive objections from the members of the committee which would preclude such action, flRC will concur in this plan on December 28, 1979.
