ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION On November 21, 1979 the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued an order directing the Public Service Commission of Missouri to file a further submission within 15 days (by December 11, 1979, counting the 5-day mailing allowance).
In a Request for Additional Time in Which to Respond to Order, dated December 3, 1979, the Public Service Commission requested an extension of time to file its submission, to December 21, 1979, on the. grounds that it had not received the Board's November 21, 1979 order until December 3, 1979.
A check by the Board with the NRC's Docketing & Service Branch indicates that the Public Service Commission was inadvertantly omitted from the Service List and could not have received the Board's Order through timely service.
