Docket No. 50-471 Gentlemen:
The NRC Staff has received a filing from the Massachusetts Wildlife Federa-tion entitled " Exceptions... in Lieu of Requests for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law."
We understand this document to reflect the agree-ment reached among parties participating on the Appendix I issues that the record in this proceeding demonstrates compliance with Appendix I in its present form and as that regulation has been interpreted by this Board.
In light of MWF's position, we expect to file proposed findings on this issue which reflect any modifications or additions to the Applicant's pro-posed findings which we feel necessary or appropriate.
Because of reassign-ment of Staff counsel in this case and substantial competing responsibilities, January 11 appears to be the feasible date for our submittal. Accordingly, we will file our proposed findings on or before that date unless directed otherwise by the Board.
