- 12. OtScrip'tCN CP A.etN0=ENf/MCQtFICATiON This Supplemental Agreement decreases the total estimated cost and obligation of funds in the accur.t of 36,650.98 and compl.etes close-cut action of the contract.
Under SECTION K - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA, Subsection K.2 TOTAL ESTIMATED COST AND CELIGATION OF FUNDS, is revised to read as folicws:
K.2.1 Total Estimated Cost - The total estimated cost to the Goverr. ment for performance of this contract for the purpose of Clause 4 of the General Provisions entitled " Limitation of Cost" is $133,523.02.
K.2.2 Obligation of Funds - The amount presently cbligated by the Goverr. ment with respect to this contract is $142,931.02.
As a result of this Supplemental Agreement, the total estimated cost is decreased by 56,650.98 from $140,189.00 to $133,538.02 and the fixed fee remains unchanged for a final contract total estimated cost including fixed fee of $142,931.02.
