Dear Lloyd:
Prior to the Confernece of the Parties held in Portland on December 19, 1979, you asked me to supply you with copies of documents generated as a result of the Kemeney Commission's activities.
I am presently checking on what has and hasn't been sent to you in this regard and you will hear from me again shortly.
Additionally, but apart from the above, I wanted to advise you that the Commission presently has in effect a trial program, which is scheduled to end on March 1, 1980, whereby you car, obtain free copies of final NUREG documents that are announced in the Federal Register.
Any requests made by you should be directed to the Commission's Division of Technical Information and Document Control, Washington, D. C. 20555.
Your request for any such final NUREG should be in writing and you must identify yourself as a full participant in the above-subject ongoing NRC proceeding.
It would also be helpful if you identified the document by NUREG number and title. Of course, if at any time you need any assistance or have any questions, don't hestitate to contact me.
