Investigation Report 70-820/78-22 and Inspection Report 70-820/78-23 This is in response to your letter of August 17, 1979 (CEB 79-147), which refers to our letter of July 31, 1979. Our letter trar.smitted the above referenced reports to you.
In your letter you request that the reports be withheld from the NRC's Public Document Room. We hase reviewed your request and your letter to Mr. Victor Stello, Jr., Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, dated September 14, 1979, and have found no basis for withholding the reports from public distribution. Accordingly, in ten days, we will place them in the NRC's Public Document Room in the form described in our July 31 letter.
Although minor errors were identified in the reports, these errors did not significantly affect the overall validity or seriousness of the items of noncom-pliance cited therein. Appropriate changes in the public record will be made.
