OFFICE OF INSPECTION AND ENFORCDIENT BULLETIN 79-13 REVISION 1 -

RIi:JPO 50-327 - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - SUPPLDIENTAL RESPONSE This is a supplemental response to our letter dated September 25, 1979, for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1.

The visual inspection required by item 1c on page 3 of this bulletin was completed on October 20, 1979. All feedwater system piping supports and snubbers in containment were operable and capable of performing their design function. Some minor discrepancies with respect to piping support maintenance items and drawing configuration were identified and have been resolved.

The inspection documentation was reviewed on October 25, 1979, by NRC Inspector Bill Crowley.
