Dear Mr. Ellison:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of December 14, 1979, with respect to discovery between Licensee and the California Energy Commission.
We agreed that notwithstanding the schedule adopted by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in its Order Relative to Proposed New Schedule, dated December 4, 1979, Licensee and the California Energy Commission voluntarily will respond to any discovery requests from each other filed on or before December 24, 1979.
