Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application 57 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This License Change Application has been evaluated to be a Class II amendment request and a check for $1200 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
PGE has transmitted a copy of this request to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consultation.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 57 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.

(a) the method of transferring diesel fuel oil from storage to equipment; (b) minimum volume of borated water storage; (c) change in safety system actuation terminology; and (d) fire protection equipment modification.
