Dear Susan:
Counsel for Houston has been advised of the existence of additional documents responsive to the subpoena of July 9, 1979, addressed to Abraham Gerber.
These documents consist of data sheets and preliminary computer runs of a study, the final version of which was produced for the Department's inspection at the offices of the National Economic Research Associates, Inc.,
("NERA") in New York.
The preliminary materials are located in NERA's Washington office.
Should the Department so request, these documents will be produced for inspection at a mutually convenient time.
