J We note that the subject shipping package is customarily known in the industry as a Model "B-3" as opposed to "B3-1" used in the certificate.
We would request that the references in the certificate be revised when renewed in order to reflect the customary usage.
It is our understanding that the certificate will remain in full force and effect until final action on this application is taken by the Commission pursuant to 10 CFR 2.109 C.<
