Enclosed please find our resubmittal of five (5) revised copies of the Safeguards Contingency Plan in conformance with the comments outlined in your letter and our telephonic coordination with Mr. William Floyd of the Safeguards Branch.
Lesubmitted Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Safeguards Contingency Plan Nos.
1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are forwarded with the initial date and revision pages unmarked, since the Plan has nct been approved as yet.
A hi-lited copy is also included with the submittal for expedient references to our changes.
We respectfully request your destruction of previously submitted copies.
Pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10CFR Part 2, we are withholding the infoma-tion provided in Enclosures 1 thru 5 and sample copy, from public inspection.
Withholding from public inspection does not affect the right, if any, of persons properly and directly concerned with the project to inspect the information.
