Dear Mr. Barber:
The NRC currently is developing the data which will form the basis for our license application review scheduling and resource planning through FY 1982. This is an annual process which requires certain information from DOE, similar to that which you have provided for the past several years.
Please identify all anticipated DOE requests for NRC safety reviews through the end of FY 1982, as provided for under the Interagency Policy Agreement.
Include all types of facilities, systems and devices from all DOE divisions.
For each anticipated review request we need the project name and type, whether new or a modification, type of documentation to be submitted, submittal date and type of review action requested. We recognize that some of your plans and schedules are tentative, but we need your best estimates.
We would appreciate your response by December 31, 1979.
