ORDER December 18, 1979 By letter of December 14, 1979 (apparently not served on the other parties), Robert Alexander seeks to appeal from the Licensing Board's November 20, 1979 order denying his untimely petition for leave to intervene in this construction permit proceeding.

We are informed, however, that

This oversight is being rectified today.

- In these circumstances, Mr. Alexander must be granted leave to file a supplemental brief in support of his appeal.

The time for the filing.of that brief will expire on January 4, 1980 (i.e., it must be mailed by that date).

At the time of its filing, copies of the brief must be served by Mr. Alexander upon counsel for the applicant and the NRC staff. 1!
