Your letter of November 7,1979, requested that the Sacramento Municipal Utility District state its position with respect to recommendations contained within Babcock & Wilcox Report 1564, " Integrated Control System Reliability Analysis".
The District is considering the recommendations of the Report, and will orovide its position with caspect to the recommendations by January 8,1979.
