Inspection 79-01 This refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. M. Campbell of this office on October 28, 1979 of activitie; authorized oy NRC License No. 31-12000-01 and to the discussions of our findings held by Ms. Campbell with yourself and Mr. A.

Jones at the conclusion of the inspectio.n.

The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regalations and the conditions of your license.

The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, measurements made by the inspector, and observations by the inspector.

Our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the item of noncompliance brought to your attention in a letter following our last inspec-tion. We have no further questi;ns regarding your action at this time.

Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.

From the discussions conducted at the conclusion of the inspection, we under-stand that you plan to amend your license to reflect your current audit pro-cedures. We will review this matter during the next inspection of your licensed program.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
