DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT EMERGENCY PLAN MANUAL Enclosed are ten copies of Revision 12 to the Emergency Plan Manual for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant. This revision consists of page changes which should be filed in your copies of the Emergency Plan Manual in accordance with the page change instructions provided.

The changes are all minor clarifications.

1. Appendices "A" and "B" are included in all control copies of the Plan while "C" and "D" are omitted.

Page 1-4 was corrected to reflect the present policy.

2. Further definition of the security guards' functions is included.
3. All on-shift Operations personnel are to report to the control room for further assignments upon initiation of the Emergency Plan.
4. Personnel who are not explicitly listed as having to report when the plan is evoked on other than the normal day shift are directed not to report until called in.

5. Some of the Coordinator and Duty and Call Superintendent functions have been clarified.
6. The letter of agreement with University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics is included.
