Dear Mr. Ross:

As described in the letter dated November 5, 1979, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District committed to supply a CRAFT analysis with sequential AFW flow on December 11, 1979.

Babcock and Wilcox is performing the analysis. The District has been informed of a two week delay in receipt of this analysis.

Therefore, the final analysis will not be forwarded to you until about December 28, 1979.
