DOCKET NO. 50-266 SUBMITTAL OF APPROVAL FEE ECCS REANALYSIS POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 In accordance with your letter of December 3,1979, we have enclosed herewith a check in the amount of $4,000.
This check represents the review and approval fee determined by you to be required in accordance with 10CFR 170.22 for the Commission's action on our letter of November 19, 1979. Our letter provided a revised ECCS reanalysis for up to 18% steam generator tube plugging in Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit 1.
