Portland, Oregon General License Issued Pursuant to 10 CFR 150.20 flotice of Violation Based upon the Industrial Inspection, Inc. letter to the flRC, dated flovember 13, 1979, an activity appears to be in noncompliance with fiRC requirements as identified below:
Contrary to 10 CFR 150.20(b), Form flRC 241 was not filed with the flRC:IE Regional Office for the performance of radiographic inspec-tions, using about 100 curies of iridium 192 for 65 days between January 1, and October 31, 1979 aboard U. S. tiavy vessels at Portland, Oregon.
This is a deficiency.
