Dear Doctor Parsont:
It would appear much simpler to give you my expert opinion regarding the radiation problem posed by the Skagit Indians than going through the complex security procedures which would take a lot of my and the govern-ment's time and seems excessive for a single consultation. My opinion and additional recommendations for further consultation with Dr. William J. Schull (Center for Demographic and Population Genetics, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, University of Texas at Houston, Houston, TX 77025) are enclosed.
Kind regards,
