Dockets 71-0060 and 71-0073 Enclosed you will find seven copies of the Morrison-Knudsen Company, Inc.10 CFR Part 71 QA Program as revised to reflect the added informa-tion requested in your letter of October 29, 1979.
As per my telecon with Mr. Jack Sprawl on December 3,1979, we request that you consolidate the two above referenced dockets as our QA program is the same for both.
The confusion was caused Ly our impression that we had to submit a QA program for each Radioactive Material license.
