B0MB THREAT On May 30, 1979 at 2:53 p.m., a switchboard operator for Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, received a telephone call from an unknown female who stated, "A bomb will go off at 5:30 p.m. at the Moscow Plant" and then hung up.
The licensee conducted a search of the plant with negative results.
The plant was evacuated, excepc for the Control Room, for a thirty minute period.
Local law enforcement agencies and Cincinnati FBI Field Office were notified of this event by the licensee.
RIII notified the State of Ohio of this event.
A local TV crew appeared at the site during the incident because someone apparently reported to them that there had been a bomb threat.
The licensee does not plan a press release nor does RIII.
The plant is currently under construction, approximately, (93%) complete.
There is no fuel on the site.
