Dear Mr. Doherty:

The Staff is in receipt of your sixth, seventh, and eighth requests for pro-duction of documents in the captioned proceeding.

We have in the past attempted to be as cooperative as possible in sending you a substantial number of documents free of charge. However, in view of the large number of requests we have now received from you, and the voluminous nature of the documents in which you are interested, we have no choice but to follow the procedure set forth in 10 CFR 52.741 henceforth.

Therefore, pursuant to that regulation, and with one exception, we will make the documents listed in your sixth, seventh, and eighth requests available for inspection and copying either at the Staff's offices in Bethesda, Maryland or at the NRC Public Document Room in Washington, D.C.

In the alternative, should you wish the material copied and sent to you, the undersigned has been informed that you should send a list of requested documents, identified by docket number, date, and a brief description to the following address:
